Individual Sessions for children & young people

The nature of these sessions vary in each individual case – challenges such as bullying, worries about sleepovers, poor sleeping habits, fear of heights, school talks, thumb sucking, angry outbursts, lack of confidence, parents separating, generally anything that is impacting on the well being of the individual…

Sessions last 50mins to an hour, depending on the individual child, and how they’re doing during the session. We chat, have fun doing activities and discover anything that may be holding your child back. Then using an NLP skill-set, we teach individuals how to change their mind maps, so they can gain confidence, or motivation, or overcome their fears and develop new ways of thinking to help their inner potential shine. Everyone has fun!
